I’m sure you’re here on this little Amazon Echo Spot review because you are curious to know if this little gadget is worth buying?
Am I right?
Well, if I am, I’m going to tell you what I think about the Echo Spot after using this little thing for the past two weeks.
By the end of this review, I’m sure you’re going to want to get one of your own!
But for now, lets just get into what this little thing is capable of.
So without further ado, lets get started!
Echo Spot Overview
The Echo Spot is another Amazon product that made its way to the market giving everyone another taste of new technology.
This little device looks like a normal alarm clock would, but there’s more to it, and I’ll explain.
You see, the Echo Spot was made to fit anywhere in your household without taking up too much space or looking to obvious.
With this little device, you’re able to watch video flash briefings, see lyrics from your favorite songs, view the weather forecast for the day, view your shopping lists, listen to your favorite audiobooks, and this could be done all hands free with its far-field voice recognition.
So if you’re familiar with Alexa (cloud based voice service), then you know that everything you ask her to do, she will help you out with it.
Some tasks you could ask Alexa to help you with are things like playing your favorite music, read the news, answering all your questions, set you alarms, and control your smart home devices.
Pretty much this little Echo Spot will become your new personal assistant.
The only thing I didn’t really like about the device, is that it wasn’t able to stream YouTube.
Other than that, you could do almost anything hands free with this device, even make video calls with your family.
The Price For The Echo Spot
If you wanted to get your very own personal assistant, you could find the Echo Spot on Amazon for $129.99 (as of 06/18/18 – MST).
The Echo Spot does come in two different colors, which are White and Black, but honestly I’m very satisfied with the white one I have.
The price isn’t so bad knowing that you gain a little personal assistant at your disposal!
Is It Worth The Money?
As I said earlier, paying $129.99 isn’t so bad just knowing that you have a little device that will take care of all your little tasks.
To be honest, I have fun messing with this little gadget and it does get more and more fun as the days go by and you learn the tricks to it.
But again, it doesn’t allow you to stream YouTube, which is a big bummer because I’m streaming YouTube almost everyday.
Overall though, I feel the Echo Spot is well worth the money but could still use a little more upgrades.
I just find it amazing how far technology has come and how it’s still improving everyday!
Just know that if you get an Echo Spot, you will not regret it.
After owning the Echo Spot for a little over two weeks, I found it to be a lot of fun!
It did take some time to get used to the device, but once I got the hang of things, completing little tasks became much easier and fun.
I feel that if you test it out, you’ll come to find that it will make life much easier!
Anyways, I hope you enjoyed this little review of the Echo Spot and found all the answers you were in search of.
