There are so many types of wallets out there it’s really hard to figure out which one is really worth the money, or which ones are just going to waste your time.
Some wallets out there look good and seem like they’re going to last a long time, but when you actually buy it and put it to the test, it’s just one big let down.
I’ve tested out many wallets before, and the Dango Tactical EDC Wallet is one of the many I’ve actually used.
If you want to know all the details about this wallet, then this review will give you what you need to know.
So without further ado, lets get things started here!
Dango Tactical EDC Wallet Overview
You see my friends, you have your wallets… then you have your wallets!
If you want to take having a wallet to the next level, then the Dango Tactical EDC Wallet will take you there.
You see, not only does this little baby look wicked, but it will actually get the job done and hold all your important business cards or credit cards.
It could hold up to 12 cards in total, which is more than enough in my opinion, anything more than that you might need a purse. LOL!
Not only does this wallet hold your important cards, but it keeps them safe providing you with an RFID blocker.
If you don’t know what that is, it’s basically a layer of protection that will prevent thieves from trying to steal your credit card information.
The wallet in total will weigh around 2 ounces empty (without multitool), and is made from 6061 aerospace grade CNC’s aluminum, which is just fancy terminology for the wallet is freaken awesome!
Now I want you to take a look at the layers this wallet is built of in the above picture.
Do you see that?
It’s built tough and will last through all types of weather, literally!
Aside from looking cool and being able to hold your important cards, this wallet has more to it, and this is what sets the wallet apart from the rest.
You see, Dango put some great thought into this wallet having it give you some pretty important tools for the everyday carry.
Simply meaning that there’s a little multitool included with this wallet that has the following functions:
- Has a little saw
- paracord tensioner
- 10/15 hex
- smartphone stand
- nail pryer
- and so much more that will help you out when needed most.
The Price For This Wallet
If you wanted to pick up one of these bad boys for yourself, it will cost you around $89 on Amazon (as of 06/11/18 – MST).
The wallet does come in 2 different colors:
- Brown Rawhide/Raw Aluminum
- Jet Black
What you see here is the Jet Black version, which is my personal favorite!
To be honest, I love this wallet so much I ended up getting both colors, but again the Jet Black is my favorite overall.
Will You Get Your Monies Worth With This Wallet?
Some might say that $89 is a little too pricey just for a wallet, but I say otherwise!
The reason why I like this wallet and say it’s worth every penny, is simply because not only does it carry what I need it to, but it protects my credit cards with its RFID capability.
The multitool on the other hand is something that does come in handy more than you think, so this was a big plus when I bought the wallet.
I highly recommend this wallet for those looking for a tactical wallet that has the capability of doing more than just holding a bunch of cards.
The Final Verdict
To be honest, there are many wallets to choose from out there, and personally I like this wallet above the rest.
It has become my everyday carry wallet just for the fact that it carries all my cards and gives me some extra tools in case of emergencies.
You will not go wrong with this wallet and I know you will love it just as much as I do.
If you’re not really into the whole feel of this wallet and want something a little more simple, then I would recommend checking out the Nomatic Minimalist Wallet.
Anyways, I really hope you enjoyed this review of the Dango Tactical EDC Wallet and found the info you were in search of.
